Introducting Paleo Meal Delivery!!! As of December 5th, 2012 we are officially delivering meals to CrossFit boxes in metro Atlanta.  For ordering go to paleo.urbanpl8.com.  We are deliving to CrossFit Atlanta, CrossFit Midtown, CrossFit Downtown, CrossFit Barbell or you can pickup at Urban pL8. 

Urban pL8 opened its patio doors on Thursday, July 16th, 2009. The unique menu features fresh, seasonal, local ingredients with clean, bold flavors using healthy preparations. Urban pL8 is about quality and affordability; "high quality, affordable food in a casual, cool, friendly atmosphere…an everyday kind of place with exceptional food and service" describes Chef and owner, Betsy Pitts. Urban pL8 will be Betsy’s first restaurant since her days as sous chef at Bacchanalia and Floataway Café. This is an endeavor she has been passionate about for a long time. She states, "It's about local, sustainable products, healthier options, and affordability. We love the challenge of creating delicious food that follows the paleo, gluten-free lifestyle."
